Senior lost this Sunday 18 October at 2:00 pm at Futsal Sants-Les Corts (8-2) on matchday three of the Second Catalan Division.
The team came out with plenty of determination, trying to press high, but the opponents got in behind and raced into a 4-0 lead. After a timeout and dropping back to defend compactly, Begues managed to stop them and went in at half-time 4-1.
The second half was much better, but the team still lacks cohesion and needs to improve defensively.
The lesson from this match is clear: we must practise the high press and be mentally stronger.
The MVP was Alfonso, who despite the game being against them kept working hard and encouraged the team to do the same.
We'll keep improving.
